How We Work
Candidates
1 - Fill in the Application Form.
Please upload an updated CV with your most recent work experience.
2 - Brief phone call with the consultant.
To progress to the interview stage, you must have the right to work in the UK, be willing to provide references covering your past 3 years of experience, hold a valid DBS check, and commit to professionalism at all times.
4 - Reference Check / Compliance.
We exclusively represent top-tier professionals in private staff roles, and it is a requirement to possess a valid DBS in order to register with New Mums London or apply during the registration process.
3 - Interview stage.
At the interview stage, please allow a minimum of 1 hour so we can assess in detail your work experience, discuss your aspirations, personality traits, and your dream job.
5 - You’re ready to start meeting the families.
Your consultant will Support & Coach you throughout the entire recruitment process.
6 - Aftercare (Relax and be happy in your job).
New Mums will maintain regular contact with you throughout the placement to provide assistance with any questions or support you may need.
