 1- What is Petit-Part-Time? We recognise that some families may only require a few hours of childcare each week. Our new service aims to offer reliable support, enabling parents to take time for themselves, attend fitness classes, or simply relax. Furthermore, we understand the challenges professional nannies may face in securing sufficient work hours.

By connecting families with experienced nannies, childcare students, nursery practitioners, nannies, and housekeepers seeking additional work, we create a mutually beneficial situation for all parties involved. Families can view your profile for free on our website and request a meeting.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates seeking 3 to 15 hours per week.

Requirements for Childcare Providers:

  • Genuine love for children.

  • At least one recent childcare reference.

  • Enhanced DBS check.

  • Ideally possess up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certification or willingness to complete the course (We offer a 10% discount through a partnership).

 Requirements from Families:

  • Pay the candidate the current market rate based on experience, qualifications, and role.

  • Maintain consistent weekly working hours to collaborate effectively with the nanny.

  • Provide a trial day before extending an offer.

4- Price and Terms of Booking (TOB):

  •  One-Time Placement Fee: £285 for connecting families with candidates.

  • Nanny Duration Options: Flexibility from 1 to 12 months.

  • Weekly Hours: Available for 3 to 15 hours per week.

  • Trial Day Requirement: Conducted before a formal offer is made.

  • No Guarantee Period: Families are encouraged to use the trial day to ensure satisfaction.
